**Salary** - AED 7,000 – AED 9,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Description
Burtville Development is seeking a **professional and customer‑focused Guest Relations Executive** to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and prospective buyers.
The role is highly client‑facing and requires an individual who can consistently deliver a **polished, international‑standard service experience** aligned with a premium real estate brand.
Candidates with experience in high‑end hospitality, luxury real estate, or international customer service environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide general information about properties, services, and company offerings
- Coordinate property viewings, meetings, and client appointments
- Assist during project launches, property showings, and open houses to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Support the sales team through client coordination and follow‑ups
- Assist in organizing company events, exhibitions, and property launches
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and showroom area
- Ensure reception areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces reflect a professional company image
Requirements
- Proven experience in a **guest relations, front desk, customer service, or similar role**
- Previous experience in **hospitality, luxury service environments, retail, or real estate** is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **Fluent English is required**; additional languages are an advantage
- Professional appearance with a positive and service‑oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required
Preferred Qualifications (Advantage)
- Experience working in **international or multicultural environments**
- Familiarity with **Western or international hospitality service standards**
- Experience assisting high‑profile or international clientele
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
