About the Role
Burtville Development is hiring an experienced Architectural Site Inspector for a site-based role in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will monitor and inspect architectural works on multi-storey building projects, acting on behalf of the Developer to supervise contractors and ensure quality compliance.

Responsibilities
- Inspect architectural works on multi storey building projects
- Supervise contractor finishing works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor workmanship quality for all architectural elements including façade, doors, windows, ceilings, flooring, painting, and joinery works
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and inspection requests
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve site issues
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain site records
- Ensure compliance with UAE standards and project requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of UAE/GCC experience
- Experience in multi storey building projects
- Must have experience working on the consultant side (site supervision role)
- Experience in supervising contractors on site
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Good communication and coordination skills

Job Overview
