Role Overview
Guest Relations Executive role within a luxury hospitality environment focused on personalized guest service and operational coordination.
The position supports guest satisfaction across arrivals, departures, VIP experiences, complaints, feedback, and service recovery.
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary of AED 2,000.
Candidate Requirements
- One to two years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment is advantageous.
- Strong conversational, welcoming, enthusiastic, calm, and courteous approach to guests.
- Ability to focus on guest needs, find creative solutions, and take ownership of assigned duties.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across departments.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
- Additional languages are a plus.
Guest Service Responsibilities
- Welcome and bid farewell to guests warmly and courteously.
- Engage with guests in the hotel lobby and maintain a polished guest-relations presence.
- Handle complaints promptly, follow up diligently, and ensure efficient resolution.
