Role Overview
Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Hotel Collection is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Relations Intern.
The internship provides hands-on hospitality experience and development in customer service and guest relations.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Provide customer service, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Support check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and other daily Guest Relations operations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Assist in coordinating guest activities and special events.
- Help ensure a warm, friendly, and professional guest atmosphere.
- Gather guest feedback and work with the team to implement improvements.
