Position Summary
The Guest Experience Expert (Butler) delivers personalized services that guide guests through their entire stay and make operational transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
The role takes initiative, moves throughout the work area, responds to guest requests, completes reports, and shares highlights of the local area.
Core Responsibilities
- Process operational needs and address guest requests throughout the stay.
- Complete reports and share local-area information with guests.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Perform hands-on duties involving extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and handling objects up to 10 pounds.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
