- Welcome and greet all patients and visitors in person or over the phone
- Register new patients and update existing patient demographics
- Book, amend, and cancel patient appointments
- Advise patients of charges, accept payments, and issue receipts
- Check emails and fax machine regularly for incoming messages
- Ensure reception area is clean and tidy with available information leaflets
Requirements
- High school diploma; university graduate preferred
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

Job Overview
- Provide high quality, professional reception and administrative service to patients, doctors, staff, and others.
- Act as first point of contact for patients contacting the polyclinic.
Accountabilities
- Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors.
- Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics.
- Books, amends, and cancels patient appointments.
- Handles urgent consultations and home visit requests.
- Advises patients of charges, accepts payments, and issues receipts.
- Checks emails and fax machine regularly.
- Ensures reception area is clean and tidy.
- Receives and redirects calls or takes messages.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma; university graduate preferred.
- 3 years in a similar position.
- Computer skills: Office.
- Languages: English and Arabic (fluent spoken and written).

- Indoors: 100%
- Working Days: 6 Working Days
- Days off: 1 Day Off
- Working Hours: 8 net working hours with shifts
