Job Overview

  • Provide high quality, professional reception and administrative service to patients, doctors, staff, and others.
  • Act as first point of contact for patients contacting the polyclinic.

Accountabilities

  • Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors.
  • Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics.
  • Books, amends, and cancels patient appointments.
  • Handles urgent consultations and home visit requests.
  • Advises patients of charges, accepts payments, and issues receipts.
  • Checks emails and fax machine regularly.
  • Ensures reception area is clean and tidy.
  • Receives and redirects calls or takes messages.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma; university graduate preferred.
  • 3 years in a similar position.
  • Computer skills: Office.
  • Languages: English and Arabic (fluent spoken and written).

Work Environment

  • Indoors: 100%
  • Working Days: 6 Working Days
  • Days off: 1 Day Off
  • Working Hours: 8 net working hours with shifts
