- Lead documentation simplification initiatives across GTB products
- Manage the complete documentation lifecycle including creation, review, approvals, version control, and publishing
- Coordinate with Product, Legal, Sharia, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams
- Maintain a central documentation repository and ensure document accuracy and consistency
- Support Islamic banking documentation including client repapering activities
- Prepare documentation for audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance requirements
- Track documentation risks and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards
- Support projects go live activities and user enablement
Requirements
- 7 10 years of experience in Global Transaction Banking, Product Management, Documentation Control, or Legal Documentation
- Strong knowledge of Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Digital Banking Channels
- Experience with Islamic Banking documentation and Sharia compliant products highly preferred
- Good understanding of documentation governance, version control, and legal documentation
- Experience working with cross functional teams including Legal, Product, Operations, and Compliance
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
