- Lead Document Simplification Project for Transaction Banking including Sharia review cycles, bilingual legal approvals, and publication readiness
- Oversee the full documentation lifecycle across Cash, Trade, and Channels
- Coordinate reviews, feedback, and approvals with GTB Product, MAI/Sharia, Legal, Operations, Coverage, and Marketing
- Maintain and govern the GTB Golden Source Repository, ensuring version control, consistency, and proper archiving
- Prepare internal enablement materials and drive Go‑Live readiness
- Manage the Islamic client repapering process, including tracking, client packs, acceptances, and closure documentation
Requirements
- 7–10 years in GTB, Legal, Product Management, or Documentation Control
- Prior experience in Islamic banking documentation strongly preferred
- Proven experience working with cross functional teams (Legal, Sharia, Product, Ops, Marketing)

Role Overview
- The GTB Documentation Specialist will act as the central point of control, coordination, and governance for all GTB product and channel documentation across Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Channels.
- The primary purpose of this role is to lead the end to end execution of the Document Simplification Project (DSP), with a heavily emphasized focus on Islamic documentation rationalization, Sharia and Legal re validation, bilingual alignment, and the controlled repapering of existing Islamic clients.
- Beyond the project phase, the specialist will establish a sustainable, long term Business As Usual (BAU) documentation governance framework to minimize Sharia, legal, and operational risks across GTB.
