Job Description

  • We're looking for a detail oriented and organized GSAS Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar, responsible for managing global supply and acquisition services operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end procurement processes, including requisition processing, vendor selection, and order placement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all supply chain transactions and communications.
  • Analyze supply chain metrics, performance data, and cost trends to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Support vendor management activities, including performance evaluation and relationship development.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance and procurement activities.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and best practices across global supply operations.
  • Liaise between multiple stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues and discrepancies.
  • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards.

Qualifications

  • 3 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related field.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and procurement software platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of global supply chain operations and procurement best practices.
  • Experience with vendor management and supplier relationship development.
  • Proficiency in project management and process coordination.
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Additional Information
