About the Role

- Manage end to end procurement processes, including requisition processing, vendor selection, and order placement
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all supply chain transactions and communications
- Analyze supply chain metrics, performance data, and cost trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and contractual obligations
- Support vendor management activities, including performance evaluation and relationship development
- Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance and procurement activities
- Assist in implementing process improvements and best practices across global supply operations
- Liaise between multiple stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues and discrepancies
- Contribute to cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards
Requirements
- 3 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related field
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and procurement software platforms
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of global supply chain operations and procurement best practices
- Experience with vendor management and supplier relationship development
- Proficiency in project management and process coordination
- Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment

Job Description
- We're looking for a detail oriented and organized GSAS Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing global supply and acquisition services operations, ensuring efficient procurement processes, and supporting our organization's supply chain objectives
