About The Role

  • We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead, Performance to own paid acquisition and drive broader growth.
  • Manage entire paid portfolio across paid social, search, and emerging channels.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to scale Garage’s growth machine.

Responsibilities

  • Own Garage’s paid acquisition strategy and execution across paid social, paid search, and emerging channels.
  • Scale acquisition efficiently by balancing growth, CAC, and overall marketplace health.
  • Test and learn constantly; develop hypotheses, test, and iterate fast.
  • Measure rigorously, act intuitively; understand incrementality, multi touch attribution, and test design.
  • Work cross functionally to identify and unlock growth opportunities beyond paid acquisition.

What We’re Looking For

  • You love the energy of a high growth environment.
  • You like to go deep on performance marketing but can think and work like a generalist.
  • You have good judgment, high integrity, and a no task too small mindset.

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 4+ years owning meaningful paid acquisition budgets in a high growth startup or technology company.
  • Demonstrated success scaling paid social and search programs while maintaining efficiency.
  • T Shaped: deep and hands on in paid, and genuinely versatile across the growth mix.
  • Rigorous about measurement and can tell real incremental growth from vanity metrics.
  • Strong creative instincts and can direct high velocity creative testing.
  • Thrive as a player coach on a small team.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling marketplace businesses.
  • Have built and scaled accounts from scratch.

Compensation

  • $120K – $175K
