Responsibilities
- Own Garage’s paid acquisition strategy and execution across paid social, paid search, and emerging channels, with accountability for pipeline, revenue growth, and efficiency.
- Scale acquisition efficiently by balancing growth, CAC, and overall marketplace health.
- Develop hypotheses, test, and iterate fast; orchestrate landing page and conversion rate tests, analyze creative performance, and think creatively about new ways to acquire customers.
- Measure rigorously and act intuitively; understand incrementality, multi touch attribution, and test design.
- Work cross functionally to identify and unlock growth opportunities beyond paid acquisition, partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 4+ years owning meaningful paid acquisition budgets in a high growth startup or technology company
- Demonstrated success scaling paid social and search programs while maintaining efficiency
- T Shaped: deep and hands on in paid, and versatile across the growth mix (CRO, partnerships, web experiments)
- Rigorous about measurement and can distinguish incremental growth from vanity metrics
- Strong creative instincts and ability to direct high velocity creative testing
- Thrive as a player coach on a small team
- Experience scaling marketplace businesses (nice to have)
- Experience building and scaling accounts from scratch (nice to have)

- We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead, Performance to own paid acquisition and drive broader growth.
- Manage entire paid portfolio across paid social, search, and emerging channels.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to scale Garage’s growth machine.

Required

- $120K – $175K
