Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positions, cash flow forecasting, and working capital cycles
- Maximize yields on corporate surplus cash with commercial banks
- Develop and leverage relationships with local and international financial institutions to secure competitive credit facilities and loans
- Monitor and manage financial market risks, executing appropriate foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate hedging strategies
- Partner closely with the Group CFO to provide data driven insights and financial modeling regarding capital structure, long term financing, and expansions
- Direct corporate insurance portfolios and oversee trade finance transactions, including the issuance of Letters of Credit (L/Cs) and Letters of Guarantee (L/Gs)
- Ensure strict adherence to internal finance policies, external banking covenants, and regulatory financial frameworks within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury
- Proven experience in a similar corporate level capacity
- Early career background within a corporate or commercial banking institution is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related financial discipline
- Complete professional fluency in both Arabic and English

Key Responsibilities
