What You'll Be Doing
- As a collaborative leader within the Direct Channels team, you'll design and implement advice strategies and campaigns to drive business objectives for Creditor Insurance.
- You'll foster strong partnerships across multiple channels, manage communications, and ensure effective reporting to support overall business goals.
- You'll contribute to strategic planning, evaluate programs and products, and introduce innovative enhancements to optimize processes and profitability.
How You'll Succeed
- Contribute to defining, interpreting, and driving the strategic business direction for the next 1 to 3 years.
- Support the Director and Senior Director in delivering both tactical and complex strategic initiatives.
- Recommend priorities for designated channels in line with Creditor Insurance business strategies.
- Apply in depth knowledge of the insurance sector and frontline channels.
- Build proposals for program, product, or service enhancements with data driven recommendations.
- Lead the creation of sales strategies that support business objectives.
- Serve as a key contact for channel partners, organizing and leading regular forums.
- Assist in the rollout and implementation of product campaigns and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
- Identify opportunities for product and process enhancements.
- Support the development of annual product channel plans.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of channel capabilities, product positioning, and market initiatives.

- You have extensive product and channel management experience with 5+ years in account acquisition, frontline effectiveness, and creditor insurance products.
- You excel at planning and coordination, even with ambiguity.
