- Oversee the financial operations of the group, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support business growth and decision making
- Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management across the group
- Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team to support long term planning
- Ensure tax compliance and manage the relationship with tax authorities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to improve overall performance
- Manage risk, including currency, credit, and market risks, to protect the company’s financial health
- Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is preferred
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a group or multi entity structure, ideally within the manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws in the UAE
- Experience with financial consolidation and reporting systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
