Responsibilities
- Conduct in depth analysis of financial data, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow, to identify trends and insights
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
- Analyze variances between actual financial performance and budgeted/forecasted figures, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions
- Generate and present financial reports to management, highlighting key findings and providing actionable insights
- Analyze product costs, pricing strategies, and profitability to support decision making and optimize financial performance
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects/initiatives as assigned by management
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in all financial activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
