Position Overview

  • The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will play a critical role in shaping and executing the people strategy for the automotive company.
  • The CHRO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving a culture of innovation, inclusion, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall human resources strategy that aligns with the company's goals, mission, and vision.
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, and development strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that supports diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs.
  • Ensure competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Lead the development and execution of performance management systems.
  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with local and national labor laws.
  • Lead organizational change efforts to support business transformations.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision making.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven track record as a CHRO or senior HR leader, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing HR strategies.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Experience managing large HR teams and complex employee relations issues.
  • Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree in HR preferred.
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
