Grooming and Style Manager

About the role

Key accountabilities

• Create, update, and manage grooming and style objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Define standards and processes that enable line management to perform grooming checks.
• Maintain and distribute updates to the grooming guide and policies.
• Develop training solutions and train line managers and staff on grooming standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance on grooming and style topics.
• Resolve major grooming issues with minimal downtime or disruption.
• Collaborate on the rollout of a new Qatar Duty Free uniform.
• Inspect uniforms and grooming standards and provide feedback to line management.
• Track feedback from uniformed personnel and improve grooming procedures.
• Monitor adherence to standards and improve customer perception.
• Research root causes of incorrect grooming and uniform usage and implement solutions.
• Provide compliance updates and lead improvement projects with management.

Qualifications

• High school, vocational qualification, diploma, or equivalent with at least 7 years of job-related experience, or a bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 6 years of job-related experience.
• Experience in the customer service sector.
• Clear, precise, and engaging communication skills at all levels.
• Fashion and/or beauty experience is preferred.
• Fashion, grooming, or beauty-related certifications are preferred.
• Organization, proactivity, problem solving, decision-making, influencing, and project management skills.
• Command of the English language.
