- Support the development and documentation of GRC frameworks and governance models
- Assist in risk identification, evaluation, and risk register improvements
- Map risks to controls, ownership, and assurance activities
- Contribute to assurance framework development and control testing logic
- Prepare governance documentation, action trackers, and decision logs
- Support creation of emerging risk processes and reporting structures
- Define KPI/KRI requirements and support dashboard/reporting needs
- Align risk, compliance, and management system requirements
- Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders across operations, engineering, QHSE, and corporate teams
Requirements
- Experience in GRC, Risk Management, Internal Controls, or Compliance
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks, controls, and the Three Lines Model
- Hands on experience with risk registers, control matrices, and governance reporting
- Familiarity with ISO 31000 or equivalent risk standards
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools

We’re Hiring: GRC / Risk Framework Analyst (Contract)
- UAE | 3–6 Months Contract | QHSE & GRC | NexOps
- We’re looking for a GRC / Risk Framework Analyst to join us on a temporary assignment and support critical risk and governance initiatives during a high‑priority delivery phase.
- This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to strengthening risk frameworks, governance structures, and assurance practices in a complex, operational environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the development and documentation of GRC frameworks and governance models

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in GRC, Risk Management, Internal Controls, or Compliance

Nice to Have
- Experience in data centres, critical infrastructure, telecoms, or regulated environments
- Exposure to ISO standards (9001, 27001, 22301, etc.)
- Experience supporting GRC transformation, assurance frameworks, or risk maturity programs
- Knowledge of business continuity, resilience, or audit processes
