Role Overview
Hands-on GRC consulting role supporting the Governance and Compliance function of an investment holding group.
The role supports multiple operational subsidiaries and is not an Enterprise Risk Management position.
The engagement is a fixed three-month contract based onsite in Abu Dhabi five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and maintain governance policy documentation through stakeholder sign-off.
- Build and maintain compliance obligation mappings and compliance registers.
- Develop and maintain Delegation of Authority documentation and governance frameworks.
- Support governance and compliance activities across multiple operational subsidiaries.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bring 5–6 years of Governance and Compliance experience, focused on policy drafting and compliance-register work.
- Have hands-on experience drafting governance policies from a blank page.
- Be comfortable reading and discussing ERM outputs, including risk registers and risk appetite materials.
- Have experience working across multiple legal entities or subsidiaries within one group.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
