Responsibilities
- Design engaging digital creatives for marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, Google Ads, landing pages, emailers, etc.)
- Develop visually appealing designs that drive lead generation and conversions
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create conversion-focused campaigns
- Create banners, brochures, presentations, and ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines
- Optimize creatives based on campaign performance and audience engagement
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and digital marketing strategies
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, active portfolio
- Demonstrated success in designing creatives that generate leads and improve conversions
- Experience in real estate or other high-value (big-ticket) industries is highly preferred
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and digital marketing creatives is an advantage
- Familiarity with latest design technologies, AI tools, and creative automation platforms
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
