About the Role
Danube Properties seeks an experienced Sales Manager to manage broker relationships and drive property sales in the Indian market through roadshows. Responsibilities include developing broker networks, training, and closing sales.

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with the broker (Channel Partners) network in the Indian region
- Manage and increase sales from the Indian market
- Identify and propose potential new sales centres
- Manage and close all in bound traffic of prospective customers from India Sales offices
- Motivate brokers for increased participation in selling the company’s projects
- Train all brokers on new and existing projects
- Assist brokers in closing sales as per company’s policies
- Prepare and complete agreements with brokers
- Resolve broker complaints and ensure resolution
- Assist in sale contract registration/termination at DLD if required
- Timely invoicing, payment dispersal and collections
Requirements
- Developer Real estate sales experience
- Experience managing or participating in Indian property roadshows
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Experience engaging clients across the North and East India markets is an advantage

Overview
- We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions in the real estate market.
Basic Job Responsibilities
- Developing relationship with the Broker (also called “Channel Partners”) network in the Indian region.
- Engaging professionally with all Brokers for fruitful relationship with the company.
- Managing and increasing sale from the Indian market
- Identifying and proposing potential new Sales centre’s
- Managing and closing all in bound traffic of prospective customers coming from India Sales offices
- Motivating the Brokers for increased participation in selling the company’s projects.
- Maintaining and growing relationship with existing Brokers for increase in sale revenue.
- Extending full support to all Brokers at all times to achieve highest sales.

- Assisting all Brokers in closing sales as per company’s policies.
- Adhering to all governing laws and regulations while performing the sale transaction.
- Preparing and completing agreement with all Brokers.
Qualifications
- Developer Real estate sales experience
- Experience managing or participating in Indian property roadshows
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Experience engaging clients across the North and East India markets is an advantage
