Overview

  • We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions in the real estate market.

Basic Job Responsibilities

  • Developing relationship with the Broker (also called “Channel Partners”) network in the Indian region.
  • Engaging professionally with all Brokers for fruitful relationship with the company.
  • Managing and increasing sale from the Indian market
  • Identifying and proposing potential new Sales centre’s
  • Managing and closing all in bound traffic of prospective customers coming from India Sales offices
  • Motivating the Brokers for increased participation in selling the company’s projects.
  • Maintaining and growing relationship with existing Brokers for increase in sale revenue.
  • Extending full support to all Brokers at all times to achieve highest sales.
  • Training all Brokers on the new and existing projects.
  • Assisting all Brokers in closing sales as per company’s policies.
  • Adhering to all governing laws and regulations while performing the sale transaction.
  • Preparing and completing agreement with all Brokers.

Qualifications

  • Developer Real estate sales experience
  • Experience managing or participating in Indian property roadshows
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Experience engaging clients across the North and East India markets is an advantage
