Role Overview

  • Lead and manage the indirect sales channel (brokers/channel partners) to drive revenue growth for Danube Properties.
  • Build, nurture, and motivate a network of brokers and channel partners, ensure high lead quality and conversion, and deliver on sales targets while maintaining compliance and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners / real estate brokers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the indirect channel.
  • Drive lead generation through indirect channels.
  • Monitor conversion rates and improve funnel.
  • Oversee transaction process compliance.
  • Handle customer & broker complaints.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends.
  • Recruit/train brokers on projects.
  • Track and report on KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related discipline.
  • Significant experience in real estate sales with indirect channels/brokers.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Strong network among brokers/channel partners in Dubai/UAE.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
