- Make proactive outbound calls to Leads to introduce projects or services and persuade them to schedule appointments with the Sales Manager
- Follow up with potential Leads to nurture leads and qualify them and convert them into sales
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various sources like databases, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Gain a thorough understanding of the Projects or services being offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing excellent customer service
- Utilize effective sales techniques, such as objection handling, upselling, and cross selling, to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, project, and customer support teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience
- Represent the company in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and ethics

About the role
- We are looking to hire a dynamic Tele sales executive to join our Tele sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls, engaging prospective clients, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Basic Job Responsibilities
- Making proactive outbound calls to Leads to introduce projects or services and persuade them to schedule the appointments with the Sales Manager
