Graphic Designer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Design brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, business documents, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with company requirements and marketing objectives.
• Maintain consistent visual content according to company branding guidelines.
• Edit images, photographs, icons, and other visual assets.
• Prepare artwork for digital and print publication.
• Collaborate with marketing, administration, HR, and management teams.
• Develop content for announcements, events, recruitment campaigns, and client communications.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, make revisions, and maintain design-file libraries.
• Stay updated with graphic design trends, digital marketing practices, and creative tools.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field is required.
• Two to four years of professional graphic design experience is required.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar design software is required.
• Experience with Canva and social media design tools is advantageous.
• Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, branding, visual hierarchy, digital marketing, and social media content is required.
• Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills are required.
• The designer must be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
