- Conduct comprehensive market research, data collection, and analysis to support strategic recommendations
- Analyze real estate market trends, economic indicators, demographic patterns, and competitive landscapes
- Develop financial models and conduct feasibility analyses for real estate developments and investment opportunities
- Support senior consultants in developing strategic recommendations for clients
- Prepare high quality client presentations, reports, and deliverables
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Assist in managing project timelines, coordinating workstreams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or related field
- Strong academic performance (minimum GPA 3.0 or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated interest in real estate, consulting, or strategic advisory
- Strong research capabilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in team environments and manage multiple priorities
- Problem solving mindset with creative and strategic thinking abilities

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research, data collection, and analysis to support strategic recommendations.
- Analyze real estate market trends, economic indicators, demographic patterns, and competitive landscapes across Saudi Arabian markets.
- Develop financial models and conduct feasibility analyses for real estate developments and investment opportunities.
- Support senior consultants in developing strategic recommendations for clients on market entry strategies, portfolio optimization, investment decisions, and development opportunities.
- Prepare high quality client presentations, reports, and deliverables that effectively communicate complex analyses and strategic insights.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Assist in managing project timelines, coordinating workstreams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or related field.
- Strong academic performance required (minimum GPA 3.0 or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable.
