Program Overview
United Arab Bank is offering the Tomouh Program, a management trainee initiative for fresh graduates entering the banking sector.

The one-year intensive program is intended to prepare participants for future managerial and leadership roles.
Program Structure
- Placements are determined early in the program based on the participant’s degree, interests, skills, personality traits, career aspirations, and bank operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in assigned courses and aim for high examination performance.
- Learn role-specific objectives and activities across assigned banking functions.
- Prepare analytical reports and deliver presentations to team members.
- Recommend system improvements that enhance bank operations.
- Contribute to departmental processes and strategic goals.
- Research and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce risk.
- Follow established bank policies and procedures.
- Communicate operational, risk, fraud, and AML issues in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate the bank’s core values.
Eligibility and Requirements
- The program is intended for Emirati candidates with a Family Book.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Candidates must not have been employed in the banking sector during the previous year.
- Candidates should demonstrate commitment to advancement in banking and motivation to progress toward managerial roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
