Job Description
- Graduates join the ADVANCE program, designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills.
- The program lasts approx. 24 months.
- We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our Roads & Highways Design team at Abu Dhabi office.
- This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop technical skills in transportation infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
- Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
- Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
- Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
- Under direction, may perform technical assignments of moderate complexity within approved schedules and budgets.
- May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines.
- May assist in training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning or a related field.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, 3D Modelling or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Recent graduates, having graduated within the last 24 months or no later than September 2024.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 and above.
- If holding a Master’s Degree, it should have started within 12 months of completing your Bachelor’s Degree.
- Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible.
