About the Role
AECOM is seeking a recent graduate in Landscape Architecture to join their Abu Dhabi office as part of the ADVANCE graduate program. The role involves performing architectural/engineering calculations, preparing specifications, and coordinating with design teams.

- May assist in training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning or a related field
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, 3D Modelling or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be a recent graduate (within last 24 months or no later than September 2024)
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 and above
- Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible

Job Description
- Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role and engaging in all elements of the ADVANCE program.
- The program is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills, helping to enhance the transition from student to professional.
- Graduates are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well rounded learning experience within the field they are joining at Graduate entry level.
- The ADVANCE program lasts approx. 24 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
- Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
- Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
- Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
- Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may perform technical assignments of moderate complexity within approved schedules and budgets.
- May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
- May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning or a related field.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, 3D Modelling or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Candidates must be recent graduates, having graduated within the last 24 months or no later than September 2024.
- Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.2 and above.
- If you hold a Master’s Degree, it should have started within 12 months of completing your Bachelor’s Degree.
- Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible.
