Job Description
- Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role and engaging in all elements of the ADVANCE program.
- The program is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills.
- Graduates are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well rounded learning experience within the field they are joining at Graduate entry level.
- The ADVANCE program lasts approx. 24 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Builds analytic and design skills.
- Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
- Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
- Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.

Qualifications
- UAE National with a family book.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Information
- As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in accordance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
