Responsibilities
- Operate motor graders safely and efficiently to perform grading, leveling, and finishing work
- Grade roads, highways, access routes, building pads, and other construction surfaces according to project requirements
- Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and survey markings
Requirements
- Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience operating motor graders in UAE or GCC construction industry
- Experience in road construction, infrastructure, earthworks, and site development projects
- Ability to read and understand grading plans, levels, and construction drawings
- Knowledge of machine controls, grading techniques, and equipment maintenance
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures
