Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in the relevant industry is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, lead generation, market research, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and business reports.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Self motivated, results oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of UAE market practices and business regulations is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an added advantage.
