Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, sales contracts, and other sales related documents
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM/ERP system
  • Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, documentation, and order status
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and sales pipelines
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing
