- Manage existing domestic accounts (corporate and government) and identify new accounts across the UAE.
- Facilitate indoor and outdoor sales activities and external client meetings.
- Organize and assist with corporate and government fam trips and visits.
- Implement strategy for responsible industry or sector.
- Formulate sales reports using CRM system.
- Identify new business partners for the company.
- Implement tasks set by the Sales Director/Manager.
- Generate and track all opportunities using CRM system.
- Manage and close confirming opportunities with relevant departments.
- Formulate and implement action plans and strategy for assigned segment to ensure revenue growth.
- Communicate sales campaigns to relevant customers and obtain proof of commitment.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for Sales Director/Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / diploma
- UAE National
- Minimum 1 2 years of work experience in a relevant field (customer service, sales, government relations)
- The ability and desire to sell (Proactive Sales)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good level of numeracy
- Full driving license
- 1 2+ years of proven sales work experience in/or within the entertainment industry, hotels & hospitality
- Fluency in Arabic and English

Job Description
- This position is responsible for business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share.
- Identify, manage and secure existing and new accounts and maintain a high level of sales achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Sales Role focused on managing existing domestic accounts (corporate and government) while identifying and securing new accounts across the UAE.
- Facilitating indoor and outdoor sales activities, as well as external client meetings.
- Organize and assist with corporate and government fam trips and visits.
- Implement strategy for responsible industry or sector.
- Formulate sales reports using CRM system.
- Help in Identifying new business partners for the company.
- Implement tasks set by the Sales Director/ Manager within the team.
- Generate and track all opportunities using CRM system.
- Manage and close the confirming opportunities with the respected departments (Contact Center, Finance, Operations, etc.)
- Formulate and Implement set of action plans and strategy for the assigned segment to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
- Communicate all sales campaigns to relevant customers and obtain proof of commitment.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for the Sales Director/ Manager through consolidated and analyzed action summaries, as well as sales tracking reports.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma
- UAE National
- Minimum 1 2 years of work experience in a relevant field (customer service, sales, government relations).
- The ability and desire to sell (Proactive Sales)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good level of numeracy
