Position Summary

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Handle all government-related transactions through relevant portals and authorities such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Chamber of Commerce, and other official platforms.
• Process and renew employee-related official documents including Iqamas, work permits, visas, medical insurance, and other government requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of regulatory and legal documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of employees’ legal and official documents and monitor expiration dates.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, Saudization requirements, and company regulations.
• Liaise with government entities and external service providers for approvals, attestations, and official submissions.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a government relations perspective.
• Prepare periodic reports related to government transactions, compliance status, and document validity.
• Resolve issues related to employee documentation, residency status, and official registrations.
• Stay updated on changes in governmental regulations and communicate relevant updates internally.
• Uphold Nestlé’s standards of quality, safety, and ethical business practices in all field operations.

What Will Make You Successful…

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Government Relations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi government portals and labor-related regulations.
