Responsibilities
- Manage and process all government, immigration, labor, and municipality related transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate visa applications, renewals, cancellations, residency permits, work permits, and other official documentation for colleagues
- Serve as primary point of contact with government authorities, maintaining positive relationships
- Monitor validity of employee documents, licenses, permits, and official records, ensuring renewals are completed before expiration
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all government related documentation and transactions
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by coordinating required immigration and government procedures
- Stay informed of changes in labor laws, immigration regulations, and government procedures
- Prepare reports, track application statuses, and maintain documentation logs
- Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, and operational departments
Requirements
- Previous experience in Government Relations, Immigration Services, HR Administration, or similar role within hospitality or large scale organization
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws, immigration procedures, visa regulations, and government administration processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly desirable

Qualifications
- Previous experience in Government Relations, Immigration Services, HR Administration, or similar role within hospitality or large scale organization.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws, immigration procedures, visa regulations, and government administration processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS or government related online portals is an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
- Proactive, service oriented approach with commitment to operational excellence.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
