- Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned business units, providing strategic hiring support and talent advisory
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational priorities and workforce plans
- Lead full cycle recruitment across technical, business, leadership, and specialist functions
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high quality talent globally
- Provide regular insights on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and market movements
- Conduct talent mapping and competitor research to support workforce planning
- Deliver hiring outcomes in alignment with business priorities and recruitment SLAs
- Drive continuous improvement in hiring effectiveness, processes, and candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 6+ years of recruitment experience from a high performing in house TA team or reputable search firm
- Proven track record of hiring for technical, business, leadership, or specialist roles in fast paced environments
- Experience in technology, fintech, digital platforms, financial services, or cryptocurrency industries highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and partner with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Skilled in sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive hiring
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English with strong verbal and written communication skills

About the Role
- We are looking for experienced and commercially minded Talent Acquisition professionals to join our global TA team.
- As a Global Talent Acquisition Lead/Expert, you will serve as strategic hiring advisor to designated business units.
- You will own talent strategy for designated business units, not simply execute recruitment requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary TA partner for assigned business units, providing strategic hiring support and talent advisory.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational priorities.
- Build trusted relationships and influence talent decisions through data, market insights, and expertise.
- Lead full cycle recruitment across technical, business, leadership, and specialist functions.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high quality talent globally.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity.
- Conduct talent mapping and competitor research to support workforce planning.
- Deliver hiring outcomes in alignment with business priorities and recruitment SLAs.
- Maintain high bar for candidate quality and ensure thorough assessment.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 6+ years of recruitment experience from high performing in house TA team or reputable search firm.
- Proven track record of hiring for technical, business, leadership, or specialist roles in fast paced environments.

- Fluent in both Mandarin and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
