Job Description

  • Lead the global relationship with assigned customer account(s).
  • Drive business retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer and Expeditors objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, product diversification, and geographic expansion.
  • Build relationships across multiple levels of the customer organization, including executive stakeholders.
  • Understand customer supply chain strategies, business priorities, and operational challenges.
  • Coordinate global collaboration across product, geography, sales, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Lead customer business reviews and performance discussions using KPIs and business intelligence.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure service expectations and commitments are achieved.
  • Identify risks, service gaps, and improvement opportunities while coordinating corrective actions.
  • Develop value added solutions utilizing Expeditors’ products, services, and technology.
  • Support customer bids, strategic initiatives, and account expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent business qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of Expeditors or industry experience.
  • Proven experience in business development and strategic account management.
  • Strong knowledge of Expeditors products, services, systems, and operating structure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence across a global matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to achieve KPI objectives and deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Charismatic communicator with the ability to connect, influence, and build trust.
