- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, product diversification, and geographic expansion
- Build relationships across multiple levels of the customer organization, including executive stakeholders
- Understand customer supply chain strategies, business priorities, and operational challenges
- Coordinate global collaboration across product, geography, sales, operations, and leadership teams
- Lead customer business reviews and performance discussions using KPIs and business intelligence
- Monitor account performance and ensure service expectations and commitments are achieved
- Identify risks, service gaps, and improvement opportunities while coordinating corrective actions
- Develop value added solutions utilizing Expeditors products, services, and technology
- Support customer bids, strategic initiatives, and account expansion opportunities

Job Description
- Expeditors is seeking a Global Account Manager to lead and grow strategic customer relationships across our worldwide network.
- This role is responsible for managing the global customer relationship, driving business retention and development, strengthening executive and operational alignment, and identifying value added solutions that support customer supply chain priorities.
- The successful candidate will bring strong business development experience, global collaboration skills, analytical capability, and the ability to influence across teams, geographies, and levels of leadership.
