- Oversee end to end lifecycle of internal AI solutions, including diagnostics, root cause analysis, and deployment
- Promote development and implementation of AI activation strategies and frameworks to accelerate adoption
- Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with cross functional stakeholders
- Manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and accurate forecasting
- Create and govern standardized agile workflows and best practices for technical product managers
- Synthesize complex technical and financial performance data into compelling narratives for senior management
- Stay current with technological advances and evaluate emerging AI trends for internal innovation
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management or leadership role leading a team of technical product managers or technology professionals
- Degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
- Demonstrated success in establishing efficient operational workflows and applying Agile methodologies
- Strong executive presence with ability to translate technical data into business narratives
- Experience in product financial management and resource allocation optimization
- Understanding of AI, machine learning concepts, and current AI tool landscape (including generative AI, LLMs, and no code platforms)
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec

- Le gestionnaire principal, gestion et activation des programmes d’intelligence artificielle, est responsable de la direction d’une équipe dynamique de gestionnaires de produits techniques et de la supervision de la livraison de solutions d’intelligence artificielle internes, de la conception au dépl
- À titre de gestionnaire principal, vous êtes responsable de l’encadrement, de la formation et du perfectionnement de votre équipe, favorisant ainsi un environnement de haute performance.
- Vous agirez à titre de conseiller stratégique, fournissant des informations qui combinent le sens technique, la compréhension financière et une perspective de niveau exécutif.
Principales responsabilités
- Leadership d’équipe : Assurer un leadership décisif, un mentorat complet et des conseils inspirants à des gestionnaires de produits techniques talentueux.
- Livraison de solutions d’intelligence artificielle : Superviser le cycle de vie de bout en bout des solutions d’intelligence artificielle internes.
- Activation de l’intelligence artificielle et développement sans code : Promouvoir le développement et la mise en œuvre de stratégies et de cadres d’activation de l’intelligence artificielle robustes.
- Collaboration interfonctionnelle : Cultiver et maintenir des relations de collaboration solides avec divers intervenants interfonctionnels.
- Gestion financière et gestion des produits : Gérer méticuleusement les budgets des programmes.
- Normalisation des flux de travail et gouvernance agile : Créer, mettre en œuvre et régir des pratiques exemplaires et des flux de travail agiles normalisés.
- Récits de la direction : Synthétiser des mesures techniques complexes et des données sur le rendement financier en récits convaincants.
- Paysage technologique : Se tenir au courant des progrès technologiques actuels.
Qualifications essentielles
- Expérience avérée dans un rôle de gestion ou de leadership à la tête d’une équipe de gestionnaires de produits techniques ou de professionnels de la technologie, complétée par un diplôme en administration des affaires, en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Posséder une pensée stratégique exceptionnelle, des capacités de résolution de problèmes et une capacité démontrée à traduire des concepts techniques complexes en stratégies commerciales.
- Succès démontré dans l’établissement de flux de travail opérationnels efficaces, la gestion de cycles de vie de projets complexes et l’application de méthodologies Agile.
- Forte présence exécutive avec la capacité de traduire des données techniques en récits commerciaux de haut niveau.
- Expérience démontrée dans la gestion des finances des produits et l’optimisation de l’allocation des ressources.
- Compréhension de l’intelligence artificielle, des concepts d’apprentissage automatique et du paysage actuel des outils d’IA.
- Une connaissance adéquate du français est requise pour les postes offerts au Québec.
