Role Overview
Maintain and repair hotel facilities, equipment, and building systems.
Support maintenance needs across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, back-of-house areas, and staff facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily maintenance and repair work throughout the hotel.
- Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and other hotel equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, lighting, sockets, switches, and basic electrical systems.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs involving leaks, taps, toilets, and drainage issues.
- Assist with air-conditioning and ventilation system maintenance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance according to the hotel maintenance schedule.
- Monitor and maintain equipment in guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, back-of-house areas, and staff facilities.
Requirements
- Capability to perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general hotel maintenance work.
- Ability to respond to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments.
