- Carry out maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on BYD vehicles
- Perform repairs in line with EV safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure Fix It Right and First Time Right repair standards are achieved
- Conduct vehicle inspections and support Electronic Vehicle Check reporting
- Follow workshop safety, quality, and 5S standards
- Meet productivity and utilization targets
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve technical issues
- Maintain a clean and professional workshop environment
Requirements
- Diploma, ITI, NCVT, ITC, or equivalent technical qualification
- 2–3 years of experience as an Automotive, Diagnostic, or General Repair Technician
- Experience in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work
- EV or hybrid vehicle experience is an advantage
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Strong technical and mechanical skills
- Good understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
- Good communication skills in English
