- Direct experience within the Juice, Water, Dairy, or closely related beverage manufacturing industries
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Native or professional fluency in both Arabic and English
- Currently based inside Saudi Arabia

Role Overview
- A leading, medium sized beverage manufacturing company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned, strategic General Manager.
- Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this role is fully responsible for overseeing end to end operations, driving organizational transformation, and accelerating market growth within the competitive KSA beverage sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Strategic Leadership: Full P&L accountability, budget management, and executing long term growth and market expansion strategies.
- Change Management: Leading organizational restructuring, modernizing manufacturing processes, and driving a high performance corporate culture.
- Commercial Growth: Overseeing sales, marketing, and distribution networks to increase market share across KSA.
- Operations & Supply Chain: Directing manufacturing, quality assurance, and logistics to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Mentoring department heads (managing a 6 day workweek schedule) and providing comprehensive performance reports to the Group CEO.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years of progressive professional experience, including explicit management exposure within the KSA market.
- Industry Expertise: Direct experience within the Juice, Water, Dairy, or closely related beverage manufacturing industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Languages: Native or professional fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Location & Availability: Open only to candidates currently based inside Saudi Arabia, with a preferred availability to join within 30 days.
