Job Purpose

  • Leads daily operations and ensures achievement of sales, operational, and strategic goals
  • Builds strong relationships with real estate developers, manages internal teams, and develops growth plans
  • Aims to increase sales and enhance the company's position in the Dubai real estate market

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement the company's annual plan
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Prepare sales and revenue forecasts
  • Identify growth and market expansion opportunities
  • Provide periodic reports to executive management on company performance
  • Build and manage relationships with real estate developers
  • Negotiate prices, exclusive offers, and special incentives
  • Attend developer meetings and represent the company professionally
  • Secure best offers and projects for brokers and clients
  • Follow up on new projects before they are launched to the market
  • Study new projects and analyze their investment feasibility
  • Provide recommendations to management on suitable projects for marketing and sales

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector
  • Minimum 3 years in a managerial or leadership position
  • Strong network of relationships with real estate developers in Dubai
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
  • Experience in negotiation and business relationship management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in preparing plans, reports, and data analysis
  • Fluency in English and Arabic

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of annual sales targets
  • Number of new partnerships with developers
  • Number of new projects added to the company portfolio
  • Monthly and annual revenue growth
  • Percentage of broker target achievement
  • Employee retention rate
  • Quality of reports and accuracy of forecasts
  • Number of exclusive opportunities and special offers secured for the company

Authority

  • Direct communication and negotiation with all developers
  • Approval of daily operational plans
  • Management of employees and operational human resources
  • Approval of meetings, events, and business offers
  • Submit strategic recommendations directly to the CEO
