- List, market, and close residential and commercial properties
- Manage off plan and secondary property transactions
- Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and Trakheesi requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deal tracking
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new launches
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of real estate experience in the Dubai/UAE market
- Proven track record of successful deal closures
- Valid RERA Broker Card or willingness to obtain it
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and pricing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self motivated, professional, and target driven mindset
- Fluent English

What We're Looking For

- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and pricing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self motivated, professional, and target driven mindset.
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
- UAE driving license preferred.
