Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and convert buyer, seller, and landlord leads.
  • List, market, and close residential and commercial properties.
  • Manage off plan and secondary property transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and Trakheesi requirements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deal tracking.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new launches.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of real estate experience in the Dubai/UAE market.
  • Proven track record of successful deal closures.
  • Strong client network or lead generation ability (advantage).
  • Valid RERA Broker Card or willingness to obtain it.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and pricing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self motivated, professional, and target driven mindset.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
  • UAE driving license preferred.
