Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and manage Abu Dhabi property listings on major portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) with accurate details, professional descriptions, and quality photos
- Manage listing verification and advertising permits through the Madhmoun platform and ensure compliance with ADREC regulations
- Handle listing and transaction documentation via the DARI platform, including tenancy contract (Tawtheeq) coordination
- Prepare brokerage agreements, MOUs, and transaction paperwork, and maintain organized records of all signed documents
- Keep the CRM updated with Abu Dhabi listings, leads, and client records; assign and track leads for agents
- Monitor listing performance and refresh/optimize listings to maintain visibility
- Coordinate with landlords, agents, and photographers for viewings, photoshoots, and listing updates
- Handle general office administration: documentation, filing, correspondence, and reporting to management
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate administration in the UAE (Abu Dhabi market experience strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of ADREC regulations, Madhmoun, DARI, and Tawtheeq processes
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., PropSpace, Bitrix24, or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written English

About the Role
- We are hiring a Real Estate Administrator dedicated to our Abu Dhabi market operations.
- You will manage property listings, broker platform compliance, and all administrative work related to Abu Dhabi transactions — keeping our agents fully supported and our listings fully compliant with Abu Dhabi regulations.
