- Prior experience in fast paced, high end / luxury restaurant
- Strong financial literacy with proven track record of P&L accountability and operational efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in high volume, high expectation environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software
- Commercially minded with strong business acumen
