- Lead the overall business performance of the restaurant group and ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth objectives
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance sales, market share, and brand positioning
- Drive expansion initiatives, including new restaurant openings, franchise opportunities, and market development projects
- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and cost control measures
- Identify operational challenges and implement improvement initiatives to maximize profitability and productivity
- Lead and mentor senior management teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance targets
- Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, finance, customer experience, and human resources
- Establish and maintain effective organizational structures, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, food safety standards, and quality requirements
- Collaborate closely with ownership and executive stakeholders to support long term business goals and expansion strategies

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience within hospitality, restaurant groups, or food & beverage operations
- Proven GCC hospitality experience is mandatory
- Strong experience managing multiple restaurant outlets and large operational teams
- Demonstrated success in restaurant launches, business expansion, and growth initiatives
- Strong commercial, financial, and operational management skills
- Experience leading organizational restructuring and performance improvement programs
- Franchise development experience is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision making skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
