- Lead the project management of the opening of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty
- Strengthen the Four Seasons Egypt collection and identify opportunities for development and shared synergy
- Lead the operational team in delivering consistently high service levels
- Ensure return guests are warmly welcomed and looked after
- Provide leadership and management for all hotel personnel
- Establish plans of character, integrity, and quality for continued growth and profitability
- Take responsibility for health, safety, and welfare of guests and employees
- Partner closely with Ownership on strategic initiatives
- Drive business relationships that support long term growth
- Articulate a clear and inspiring vision for the future of the hotel
Requirements
- Proven General Management experience in luxury hospitality
- Hotel opening and project lead experience
- Private Residential experience is a valuable addition
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with background in revenue strategy, yield management, and business development
- Deep appreciation for luxury product excellence across Rooms and Food & Beverage
- Ability to lead pre opening and post opening budgets and manage complex projects
- Highly collaborative relationship builder able to engage with ownership, community leaders, and travel partners

About the Location
- Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty is anticipated to open in 2027.
- The property is set within the Madinaty development on 185 hectares of parkland.
- The Hotel will feature 346 rooms and suites; Private Residences will include 107 villas and 80 luxury residences.
- Culinary experiences include a waterfront venue, private dining, al fresco, and Egyptian inspired outlets.
- Amenities include a spa, fitness centre, three swimming pools, and over 40,000 sq ft of events facilities.
The Role of General Manager
- Lead the project management of the opening of this property.
