About the Location

  • Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty is anticipated to open in 2027.
  • The property is set within the Madinaty development on 185 hectares of parkland.
  • The Hotel will feature 346 rooms and suites; Private Residences will include 107 villas and 80 luxury residences.
  • Culinary experiences include a waterfront venue, private dining, al fresco, and Egyptian inspired outlets.
  • Amenities include a spa, fitness centre, three swimming pools, and over 40,000 sq ft of events facilities.

The Role of General Manager

  • Lead the project management of the opening of this property.
  • Strengthen the Four Seasons Egypt collection and identify development opportunities.
  • Lead the operational team in delivering consistently high service levels.
  • Ensure return guests are warmly welcomed and looked after.
  • Provide leadership and management for all hotel personnel.
  • Establish plans of character, integrity, and quality for continued growth and profitability.
  • Take responsibility for health, safety, and welfare of guests and employees.

Our Ideal General Manager Candidate

  • Proven General Management experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Hotel opening and project lead experience.
  • Private Residential experience is a valuable addition.
  • Dynamic and hands on operational leader with passion for people development.
  • Natural brand and guest ambassador with innovative thinking.
  • Ability to lead pre opening and post opening budgets and manage complex projects.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with background in revenue strategy, yield management, and business development.
  • Deep appreciation for luxury product excellence across Rooms and Food & Beverage.
  • Highly collaborative relationship builder able to engage with ownership, community leaders, and travel partners.
  • Charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader with passion for attracting and retaining local talent.
