Role Overview
The General Manager will own overall FMCG business performance, including P&L, commercial strategy, sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, finance, and people leadership.

- Develop sales strategies across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Wholesale, E-commerce, and HORECA channels.
- Expand distribution coverage, strengthen retail relationships, and identify market and product expansion opportunities.
- Partner with marketing on brand strategies, product launches, trade marketing, and promotional activities.
