Role Overview
Lead investment strategy, evaluation, execution, and portfolio management.
Identify attractive investment opportunities, conduct financial and commercial analysis, lead transactions, and maximize portfolio returns.
Relevant backgrounds include private equity, investment banking, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, asset management, or corporate investments.
Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC investment landscape is sought.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall investment strategy in alignment with long-term growth and return objectives.
- Originate and evaluate opportunities across targeted sectors and geographies.
- Lead deal sourcing, screening, due diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiation, execution, and exit.
- Build and review DCF, LBO, IRR, NPV, sensitivity, and scenario analysis models.
- Prepare investment memorandums and recommendations for the Investment Committee, CEO, and Board.
- Lead commercial, financial, operational, legal, and market due diligence.
- Negotiate transaction structures, valuations, shareholder agreements, and commercial terms with advisors.
- Monitor portfolio performance, returns, valuation movements, risks, budgets, and strategic developments.
